What’s Covered Under Our Price Match Guarantee?

We include nearly all new items that are identical and in stock. This means we’ll match items with the same model number, features, and warranty that are available at the advertised price. For items sold with a service plan, such as an extended warranty, the plan, provider, and associated terms must all be identical.

Our price is the final price you pay after applying any discounts, coupons, instant savings, and mail-in savings. We will match the other store’s point-of-sale price after deducting their instant savings/rebates and coupons. However, we will not match the other store’s mail-in rebates nor deduct the value of any gift with purchase.

How Does Our Price Match Guarantee Work?

To determine if your item is eligible for a price match, we need the price and model number of the item and confirmation through one of the following methods: printed advertisement, printed in-store signage, receipt of the purchased item, picture of in-store signage, or an online offer from a mobile device. You can also fill out the form below with a link to the price to match.

3 Simple Steps to Request a Price Match

1. Save the URL

If you find a qualifying lower price from a designated online retailer, save their web page URL.

2. Submit Your Request

Send your price match request by emailing us at admin@heavenlyseats.com or use the LIVE CHAT function on our site between 9:00 A.M and 8:00 P.M CST.

3. Save Money

If the item qualifies, we’ll email you a coupon code that matches the requested price.

Our Low Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• Promotions such as rebates, "buy one, get one free" offers, and trade-show offers are not eligible.
• Discontinued items are not eligible.
• The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website.
• The competitor must be an online store based in the United States without a retail location.
• The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (e.g., eBay, Overstock, Walmart, Amazon, etc.).
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product in question.
• The Low Price Guarantee includes the item price and shipping charges, but excludes sales tax.
• The competitor must not violate minimum advertised pricing (MAP).
• Luraco Brand Massage Chairs are excluded from this policy.
